Being long term residents of Regina, SK paired with owning our own income properties here has allowed us to acquire unique knowledge about each neighbourhood and which we use to position your asset to attract the right long term tenants.

Multi Family Apartment Management

We manage everything from duplexes up to 50+ suite apartment complexes. Although you can float vacancy better with these types of properties, we don’t believe you should have to. We carry our same approach over from single family homes and ensure your buildings are full. Owning multi family apartments ourselves has given us a unique advantage that has allowed us to identify the smll factors that contribute to big success. Our mission is to go just 10% over what your competitors are doing in order to stand out and ensure your suites have long term respectful tenants. We are also knowledable with the rules that apply to multi family properties, including phase 1 inspections and optimal CAP rates. We are currently accepting multi family properties in all Regina neighbourhoods.
