Our story began back in 1998 when we personally became investors ourselves.We have spent many years perfecting our craft of renting out our single family homes and apartment buildings.

We scrapped our book keeping software in favour of custom templates, we tested and removed fancy property management software that was costly and time consuming, we made our pricing a flat percent of rents collected, key word being rents collected.
