Although they’re definitely a bit more expensive than apartments, a lot of renters think townhouses in Regina are completely worth it – especially if you spend a lot of time in the busier parts of the city. It’s nice to return home and have plenty of space to yourself.

Condos for Rent in Regina

Over the past 10 years, more and more high-rise condos have been built here. They’re a great choice if you want that extra space I just talked about but still value a certain communal atmosphere where you can meet new people and socialize with your neighbors.

In the northeastern neighborhoods, condos go for around $1,350. If you want to rent one in a popular area like Harbor Landing, the price is going to be closer to $2,500.

Suites are your best bet for a budget rental in Regina. Whether you’re visiting the capital for a few months for work or just want to cut your rental costs, they’re a great way to save money without sacrificing comfort.
